Shipping Policy
Thank you for choosing Petco Wholesale as your trusted supplier for bulk pet products.
We ship all wholesale orders directly from our U.S. warehouse to Amazon FBA centers, business addresses, retail stores, and distributors.
1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1β3 business days after payment verification.
- FBA Prep services (labeling, polybagging, bundling) may require additional 1β2 business days depending on order volume.
- We will notify you if additional time is needed.
2. Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping options:

- Standard Ground Shipping
- Expedited / Priority Shipping
- LTL / FTL Freight Shipping (for pallet orders)
- Direct-to-Amazon FBA Warehouse shipping
π¦ International Shipping (Optional)
Available for selected wholesale buyers:
- Canada
- UK
- UAE
- Middle East
- Europe
Import duties & customs are the buyerβs responsibility.
3. Shipping to Amazon FBA
We fully support Amazon FBA delivery with:
- FNSKU labeling
- Box label application
- Prep services
- Pallet requirements
- Direct FC booking
You must provide:
- FBA shipment ID
- FBA warehouse address
- Amazon box/pallet labels
Petco Wholesale is not responsible for delays caused by FBA check-in times.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on:
- Order weight
- Case-pack quantity
- Distance
- Shipping method
- Pallet vs. carton shipping
Shipping charges will appear on your invoice before order confirmation.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- Tracking number
- Carrier information
- Estimated delivery date
For freight shipments, BOL (Bill of Lading) will be provided.
6. Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- Incorrect address
- Amazon FC check-in issues
If a shipment is lost or damaged, contact support immediately so we can assist with a claim.
